Deputy SGIG James H. Upchurch and SGLLR Peggy Alston, along with a few members from the Orient of North Carolina, traveled to the Orient of Virginia and shared the weekend with Deputy SGIG Shelton Riddick and SGLLR Scherean Anthony in honor of their annual session. On March 16-18, 2018, North Carolina celebrated with Virginia for their 92nd Annual Council of Deliberation and 47th Annual State Council of Assemblies held in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
